Operations: Management


Purpose:

To assertain that the skills and knowledge are available to validate that the community services can be provided as directed by the Board of Directors. To assure that a building or system is receiving the required maintenance servicing and management, to assure harmonious operations of the systems that make up the entire building, proper utilization of manpower and available skills, reduced catastrophic events and failures of a facilities system(s), That the technical expertise and data are available to properly provide for a facilities needs.
