Condo Specialties, Inc,can perform mold inspections and Lab analysis for a very nominal fee, (starting at $500 for 5 samples), price is based on travel and time. We will come to your location review the property, photo document the mold and take up to 5 samples which will be sent to the Lab for identification. The Lab report will be sent directly to the client, our report will suggest corrective actions.
We do not do remediation or construction. We have no interest in doing construction
You will receive the report from the lab which is your property to keep, we do not receive a copy, we are non-bias and an honest service with integrity. Any findings you feel are important you may discuss with us, your family doctor or the State Health Department.
