Pre-Disaster Insurance Documentation
Insurance Pre-disaster Inspection:
We also have a pre-disaster inspection program to support the Associations claim of on going maintenance and upkeep as well as the physical condition of the property for future insurance claims. This is an extensive in depth program and will be provided to the association on a DVD (three copies plus one for our records)one for the Association, one for the bank vault and one for the Association Attorney. Most Attorny's strongly recommend this inspection and the supporting documents be validated and recorded.
Purpose:
Validates the general condition of the community, building(s) and mechanical systems
Validates on going corrective actions
Validates Board of Directors activities supporting those actions
Provides firm documentation for the insurance company , inspectors and your community Attorney

Most Attornies will strongly support documentation of your building(s) and community to prevent this issue from appearing in the future should you need to make a claim.
