Facilities Management

Purpose:

To assure that a property/building is receiving the required maintenance. To enhance existing programs and staff developments. To assist in contractor selection and monitoring of contractor services. To conduct a review of equipment condition. To monitor preventive maintenance program and to assist in budget development.

To provide general property/building maintenance management for those property/buildings too small to support the varied maintenance management staff required to properly and efficiently maintain a property/building and its systems.
