Repair and/or Replacement Survey

Purpose:

To evaluate one or more systems contained within or about a specific property or community. So as to ascertain the present conditions of a system, its repairs and/or replacement to equipment, portions of a system, its wrappings and coatings.

From the data gathered, make suggestions and recommendations so as enhance operation efficiency, repair deficient item(s), plan repairs that involve scheduling of contractors, weather conditions, or capital improvements.
