Staff Testing and Evaluation

Purpose:

To evaluate a staff person's mechanical skill and knowledge. This is done via testing, informal discussions and evaluations of job skills in the field.

~ Assurance of proper knowledge, skills and abilities to properly perform his/her duties

Managers Testing and Evaluation

Managers are required by the State of Florida to maintain on going education, however their responsilbilities have grown, we can evaluate numerous other skills and abilities not covered by the state to assure your manager has the abilities and skills the Association requires.
