 Who We Are: 

CSI (Condo Specialties, Inc.) is a small boutique company made up of specialized people to assist in the management and operations of Multi-family living. We are NOT a management company but rather a group of consultants that provide just about every facet of condo, HOA, Co-op, Timeshare, Resorts & Spa, administrative, operations and maintenance management functions on an as need bases.

Regardless of size, as an association you need specific expertise from time to time to resolve issues, assistance in repairs, develop a scope of work, project management or just ask questions or have an experienced company review your property regularly to prevent liabilities, run down appearance, curb appeal, to work with contractors, obtain bids and all of those other little but all important issues.

Having reserve budget forecast problems…NO problem we have seasoned experts that will work with you assist in the life cycling evaluation, projecting the cost, and developing your budget.

Not sure as how to conduct a professional Board Meeting, we will assist you in many ways from explaining your role as the Board, to sitting in on meetings and monitoring the entire meeting.

We have developed a Resume Job Bank specializing in the needs of Communities, Resorts and Hospitality of all kinds. Many of the communities are becoming resorts with extensive amenities and services.
