Some of the available Education and Training courses we offer
We are all aware of the need of continuing our education within the industry and related arenas. Condo Specialties, Inc. has developed a number of training and certification classes in a number of different areas, we will continue to add to our available classes as we continue to grow.
Our present list of Classes: This is a very short list.
We offer the EPA Mandatory training and testing for HVAC certification, It is required by law that any technician that works on and/or repairs HVAC or refrigeration systems must be certified in the recycling and collection of refrigerants. We offer complete certification and testing for Type I, II, III, and Universal certification.
PLEASE NOTE: Fines can run in excess of $27,500.00 PER DAY if found in violation of EPA certification and/or related laws.
We also offer complete NATE training and certification for those technicians desiring to excel in their industry.
Mold Identification: We can certify any member of your staff in the identification of mold. There are three levels of Mold education and we effectively deal with all three. Mold Identification, Mold Sourcing and Corrective Actions and Mold Remediation. We offer a state certified Lab for our graduate's use.
Maintenance: Site Specific Maintenance Program: This is an actual site specific program where we will provide all documents and formats for the Manager's and Engineer's usage, provide a complete detailed directory of what is to be done, when and how. All related data cards and recording forms. Our expert will tour and correlate, gage, and provide the inventory, in turn we will section and develop the tasking and frequency of services on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual frequency. We will then teach your manager how to utilize the program for maximum efficiency and services, track service, productivity and cost.
We have over twenty physical services and inspections to offer our clients, ranging from one time to on going inspections.

We can provide training to your managers or engineering staff in any of our materials. Certificates are available to all passing students, no limit on number of students , there is a limit of students on proctored exams.
Property Managers and Building Engineers:
We sometimes want to gain skills but not in a public environment, some subjects are difficult to learn and some of us, myself included, do not test well. Condo Specialties, Inc. WILL provide classes and training in a setting more conducive to private training and testing. We do have one on one classes in many subjects and are still cost effective to assist you in building your skills.
Knowledge = $$$. More and more communities are heading towards self or limited self-management, having a more diverse skills base makes you more valuable, being upto date on critical issues makes you more valuable..., like mold, some of us, (myself included), do not test well, others do not like a public environment and some just enjoy a one on one teaching experience. We are more than willing to work with any Manager or Building Engineer on or off site in relation to any of our classes as private instruction.
